Ray -<br /><br />In addition to Bjorn&#39;s coments, users who have the Power User role can have public and private pages. Public pages are viewable by anyone with needing to be signed in while a user&#39;s private pages are only viewable by that user.<br /><br />Josh

Hi all,<br /><br />What are Public &amp; Private communities ? &amp; Where would they be beneficial <br /><br />Could someone give me a real world example of how they would be useful ?<br /><br />Our team of 3 thought that we understood what they represent, but were not really 100% sure..<br />We thought that &#39;Public&#39; was a place that is shown to all in that community and &#39;Private&#39; was a separate place for an individuals own portlets / RSS feeds to sit in... This doesn&#39;t seem to be the case<br /><br />Could anyone help us fully understand them ?<br /><br />Is there some documentation explaining them - I cant seem to find any.<br /><br />Many, Many thanks<br /><br />Ray &amp; Team.
