So every single document you upload into a folder of the documents and media library has own permissions whether you want to add a discussion, delete or update the document. My question is that I would like to know, how I can globally control these permissions cause we have many many documents and I don't want to edit every document seperatly.
Another point is:
In the Asset publisher you can then show all your documents perfectly. The thing is, if a normal user not an admin uploads a document into a folder and this then gets published in the asset publisher, he still is able to edit this document although we definitely need to prevent this step.
