**UPDATE**

It appears the issue is related to the fact that I have a forwarder installed with IIS which allows the Portal to resolve without naming the port. However, I must use the URL with the port named to allow the icons to resolve. Is this a bug?

*********************

Did a search on this one to no avail. I have a situation where the icons on my portal pages and control panel have disappeared. I am referring to the following ones:

Next to each item in the any of the Admin function drop downs (Add and Manage)except for the icon next to "Open Social"

In the portlets - everything except the "wrench" icon. This includes the icon to the left of the portlet title and the "edit" icons that appear at the bottom.

I have checked the following:

The correct graphics are in the correct location
Toggle edit functions have been checked
I restarted Tomcat thinking it might be a caching issue

Pretty stumped here. Only thing that I did that could have possibly caused a problem was my futile attempts to install that darned Knowledge Base Portlet which has been an exercise in the impossible. Too bad because I really need it for my evaluation.

Thanks in advance
