Looks like I have solved the issue myself... I have to set the size allowed to something other than 0.. so I set to 5120000... but I wonder why this statement that I found on the portal.properties wasn't true...<br /><br /> # Set the maximum file size and valid file extensions for documents. A value<br /> # of 0 for the maximum file size can be used to indicate unlimited file<br /> # size. A file extension of * will permit all file extensions.<br /><br /><br />Value of 0 doesn't allow me to "upload" the updated documents to the existing ones on the portal.<br />

By default, I believe it only allows you to upload files less than 300k, the message that says &amp;quot;Please enter a file with a valid file size&amp;quot; is telling you that your document is too big. This can be changed in portal.properties.
