    <summary type="html">I am quite new to liferay and I managed after several month bring up a company portal already in production with ldap connection.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I am having the same problem setting up proxy with my liferay 5.2.3 - Tomcat 6.0.18.&lt;br /&gt;I followed the indications suggested by Julian Bonilla both on system-properties and external properties files but unfortunately after restarting my liferay I am still having the following error message:&lt;br /&gt;HTTP Status 404 -&lt;br /&gt;type Status report&lt;br /&gt;message&lt;br /&gt;description the requested resource () is not available&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Surely I am missing something else where.&lt;br /&gt;Please if any one give me a helping hand to get it resolved.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;DCLabs</summary>
