Hi Frederic!<br /><br />Confirming, NTLM is working nice with other browsers except IE, but looks like Liferay do not know it yet.<br /><br />Problem is here: https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/6.2.x/portal-impl/src/com/liferay/portal/servlet/filters/sso/ntlm/NtlmFilter.java#L89<br />Liferay checks for IE and disable NTLM support for other browsers except IE.<br /><br />I think it was done because of this issue: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-15559 or this one: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-22375<br /><br />I&#39;ve created another one to return back support for other browsers: https://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-56849 - vote for it if you like Liferay fixed it quickly!<br /><br />====<br />Alexey Kakunin<br /><a href="http://www.emdev.ru/setup-liferay">Liferay Experts in Russia</a>

I haven&#39;t heard anything recent but it doesn&#39;t surprise me. NTLM was always a M$-only thing. I don&#39;t believe the other browsers have any interest in supporting it fully. <br /><br />Note that this is not really a Liferay issue so there&#39;s not much reason to talk about it here. That&#39;s probably the biggest reason that there&#39;s no recent discussions on it...

Hi,<br /><br />My connection with Liferay NTLM and IE 10 works perfectly, not on Firefox or Chrome.<br />I have seen a lot of topics in here and others forums about NTLM and Firefox/Chrome, none of them was recent. This is why i insist about it.<br /><br />I&#39;ve tried things like http://sivel.net/2007/05/firefox-ntlm-sso/ about:config network.automatic-ntlm-auth.trusted-uris on Firefox.<br />Same issue.<br /><br />Does someone know how to make it works with firefox or chrome?
