If you&#39;re on a separate server and not accessing it from &#34;localhost&#34; you might want to look into firewall issues - e.g. port 8084 might not be available from where you try to access it.<br /><br />Another possibility to rule this out would be to log in on that server and access the portal as http://localhost:8084/. If you&#39;re on Unix with a headless server try &#34;w3m http://localhost:8084&#34; or &#34;lynx http://localhost:8084&#34; to utilize some text mode browsers.
