    <summary type="html">So I went into My Account and changed my email address back to the one I used when I first registered with Liferay Cloud Servcies. After I logged out and in again, I was able to access Liferay Cloud Services.</summary>

    <summary type="html">Hi Gordon:&lt;br /&gt;LCS is using liferay.com credentials. Are you able to sign in the liferay.com website with your new email address?&lt;br /&gt;I suspect it is related to how and when accounts are refreshed between both systems...</summary>

    <summary type="html">I have tried chrome and firefox with the same results. I also tried clearing the cookies and get the same error.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Steps...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1. goto https://lcs.liferay.com&lt;br /&gt;2. enter email address and password&lt;br /&gt;3. press sign in&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Result...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It redirects me to https://lcs.liferay.com/c/portal/saml/acs and display the Status &amp;#34;Unable to process SAML request.&amp;#34;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;FYI...Just for fun...when I enter the wrong password it says &amp;#34;Authentication failed. Please try again&amp;#34;. I type in the correct password and get the &amp;#34;Unable to process SAML request&amp;#34; status message.</summary>

If you go to &lt;a href="lcs.liferay.com"&gt;lcs.liferay.com&lt;/a&gt; and enter your liferay.com credentials: what error message do you see?&lt;br /&gt;Also: what browser are you using?
