Can you provide links to any useful examples, or tutorials for what you are saying. I realize this is probably really simple once you have been working on the product. But I am just getting started so when I read the integration you speak of nothing comes to mind as to what I want to create / extend. I realize that the version you made can't be used but it would be a great example. Any chance of getting more information? Thanks so much!

We didn't need to use the API at all. We had a third party setting up the SiteMinder Agent and Server we just handled the portal side of things. The login portlet worked by posting the credentials and a redirect url to login.fcc. Logout was as simple as destroying the portal session as well as cookies set by SiteMinder. The logout part is included in the integration done to Liferay.

Unfortunately no. The integration is only to allow auto login of users identified through SiteMinder. Creating a portlet to do the login should be quite simple. I didn&#39;t include one because it would have been specific to the setup I was involved with and thus not so useful to others.

Hi,<br /><br />Does liferay have support to use CA SiteMinder login?<br /><br />I noticed that it allows for SiteMinder &#34;Auto&#34;-Login - where it would detect that the user has already logged in via some other application - to support SSO.
