hi <strong>Michał Kasprov</strong>i use liferay 7.2 ga2 and i download imagmagick , Ghost script and openoffice and i configure it&#39;s with liferay <br />the problem that when i upload and open the doc file i show &#34;Info:Generating preview will take a few minutes&#34;and don&#39;t open it while i wait it long time<br />the size of mp3 file is 6.5 MB<br />the size of txt file is 4 KB

Again: Which Liferay version do you use?<br />How big is the document? Why do you need the preview &#34;immediately&#34;? In my experience it was never a problem that the preview generation took a bit of time.

Which Liferay version do you use?<br />Can you describe the problem a bit more in detail? Does it affect all images, only some,  ...
