    <summary type="html">Hi,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;hitting a &amp;#34;mailto&amp;#34;-link will always open the &amp;#34;default&amp;#34; mail application. This is the specified behaviour.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;You will need to write a &amp;#34;mail&amp;#34;-application in java as portlet which uses Liferay&amp;#39;s mail API to send emails.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;kind regards&lt;br /&gt;Tobias</summary>
