<p>Hi Jan,</p> <p>if you refer to the Docker environment parameters, the quotes are likely escaping the shell's interpretation of the contained <strong>&amp;</strong> (and potentially other) characters. This way you can copy/paste the lines right into your shell, otherwise you'd have to escape the individual <strong>\&amp;</strong>, which also looks weird.</p>
