<p>At this moment, it got worse. I lost all the progress I had up to module 5, and now I can’t mark anything as completed, starting from the first topic.</p> <p>Anyway, I’m using a personal account, but I intended to switch to a professional one since the company I work for is a Liferay partner. However, I couldn’t use the email because it is already in use, and I couldn’t recover the password either. Is there anything that can be done?</p>

<p>Neste momento ficou pior. Perdi todo o progresso que tinha até ao módulo 5 e já não consigo marcar como concluído deste o primeiro tópico. </p> <p>De qualquer forma, estou a usar uma conta pessoal, sendo que pretendia alterar para a profissional, uma vez que a empresa onde trabalho é parceira Liferay. Acontece que, não consegui o email por este já estar a ser usado,as também não consegui recuperar a password. Há alguma coisa que se possa fazer?</p>

I'm Claudio and I'll be assisting you.</p> <p> <strong>Expired license issue:</strong> </p> <p>The workspace's activation license was recently updated. You can get the latest version by following these steps:</p> <ol> <li>In a command-line terminal, navigate to the course's cloned repository.</li> <li>Run this code snippet: <strong> <code>git pull origin main</code> </strong> </li> <li>After the repository gets updated, copy the <em>activation-key-7.4-developer-2024-01-01-for-1-year.xml </em>file in the <em>[repository-root]/configs/local/osgi/modules/</em> folder. </li> <li>Paste the file in the <em>[repository-root]/bundles/deploy</em> folder.</li> <li>Run the portal.</li> </ol> <p>This will ensure you can access the portal and also not lose your exercise progress.</p> <p>If those steps don't work, follow the instructions in the <a href="https://learn.liferay.com/l/26540021#exercise-setting-up-the-clarity-workspace" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">course environment setup</a> starting from step 2. Unfortunately, this will reset all your progress, but you'll be able to do the exercises again and proceed from where you first got blocked.</p> <p> <strong>Progression issue:</strong> </p> <p>We already identified this and our team is currently investigating. Although another user found this error on the same day you reported this issue, we weren't able to reproduce it after Jan 4th. Could you try going back to the same lesson, clicking the button to mark it as complete, and see the current behavior? <p>Hi there!</p> <p>After i get to module 5, at the &quot;Designing Clarity’s Master Pages&quot; topic, i can't mark it as complete anymore. After i inspect it i notest that is returning 400 error. It's happening to the other tópics, after that one, as well. Camarão you please check ir and fix it?</p> <p>Another thing, the license as expired. I can't use the portal anymore 😞 </p>
