Global "View" permission) tries to add a new Role, they get
an error page and the following is found in the logs:<br>

VIEW permission for com.liferay.portal.kernel.model.Role {roleId}</em>
</strong>
</p>
<p>We want Users to be able to add Roles, but without seeing all
