<p>After the installation we have observed that when a web content is
added in a display web content portlet in a page, the vertical
ellipsis which used to appear previously as web content options is no
longer present.</p>
<p>Any idea on what could be causing this. Recently have upgraded from
FP 18 to 28.</p>
