&lt;p&gt;Yes, correct. Some of the items are static that doesn't come with the
  article itself like buttons or language specific images. This was
  removed from the structure as the end user doesn't want to repeat
  these kind of actions.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Currently, we check the language inside the template and show the
  components based on it. Was wondering if this was a bug or not.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

&lt;p&gt;I'd expect it to be rather unusual if a template came with
  (hardcoded) text that's not derived from the article that it's processing.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

  Isn't the template code also supposed to follow translations as well
