Hello,

in my 7.3 version 404 URL tracking does not work when caused by a
deleted file that is in recycle bin.

I think most site admins expect these errors to appear in 404 URL panel.

Please take into account
 what https://learn.liferay.com/w/dxp/getting-started/whats-new-73 states:

"For links that do break, Liferay now keeps track of all 404 errors"

Nowadays this information is not 100% correct

So my request is: Please allow all deleted files in 404 URL panel
regardless they are in recycle bin or not. For files in recycle bin
proper options could be added: restore file, etc.

Kind regards
