<br> This seems SPA issue for the loading of the links.<br> You
can fix this by disabling SPA by adding below property in portal-ext.properrties.</span>

<br> Sometimes it also be cache issue, which you can try by

performing the below actions:</p>
<p>1. When we click on “build” > “public pages” > Page , to
explore the child page.</p>
<p>2. When we select any structure from popup via “+” > click “more”
link in web content.</p>
<p>In both the cases, the pages keeps on loading via SPA. If I directly
open the link in a new tab, it works as expected.</p>
