<p>change <@liferay_portlet["icon-options"] to <@liferay_frontend["icon-options"].</p>

pages, I can only see Permissions and Configuration Templates when
trying to configure a widget.</p>

<strong>Steps to Reproduce</strong>:</p>
<ol>
<li>Generate a theme with the Liferay theme generator.</li>
<li>Start the bundle and log in as admin.</li>
<li>Deploy the created theme.</li>
<li>Add a widget page and drop an out-of-the-box widget on it.</li>
<li>Apply the theme to the page.</li>
<li>Edit the page and click on the three dots in the top right corner
of the widget.</li>
</ol>
