Many things are not working well in chrome from LR 7.4, Try opening in Firefox browser and Let me know.

There is a change in portal.ftl.

change <@liferay_portlet["icon-options"] to <@liferay_frontend["icon-options"].

Try this change once.

After applying a newly created theme to the Look and Feel of a Site's pages, I can only see Permissions and Configuration Templates when trying to configure a widget.

Steps to Reproduce:

Generate a theme with the Liferay theme generator.
Start the bundle and log in as admin.
Deploy the created theme.
Add a widget page and drop an out-of-the-box widget on it.
Apply the theme to the page.
Edit the page and click on the three dots in the top right corner of the widget.

Version: :Liferay 7.4

FYI, I have tried to create a theme for 5 to 6 times,
