<p>When I try to simplyl select the &quot;Permissions&quot; option from the actions menu for a particular publication, to then set permissions by user group/role, etc. for a publication it doesn't work.  I just get an ERROR that says &quot;Your request failed to complete.&quot;  I never even see the list of user groups to select permissions from.<br /> <br /> <img alt="Image" src="https://dev.azure.com/GHRS-Program/76a56904-29bf-42e2-8c28-e3c9fda00052/_apis/wit/attachments/09818821-87c7-46ca-b2dd-eb4c30ab66b2?fileName=image.png" /></p>
