<p>I'm assuming you're running Liferay 7.4 CE: CE does not support the commercial appservers. Only Liferay DXP does.</p> <p>If you're running DXP, it's best to open a support ticket. For CE, please pick one of the supported appservers (e.g. the Open-Source ones).</p> <p>If you need to run on Websphere, but are currently on CE: Contact Liferay-sales ;)</p>

<p>I followed all the steps <a href="https://learn.liferay.com/dxp/latest/en/installation-and-upgrades/installing-liferay/installing-liferay-on-an-application-server/installing-on-websphere.html">given here </a>to setup liferay 7.4 on websphere 9. After starting the liferay, I'm getting the following error:</p> <p style="margin-left: 40.0px;"> Service &quot;com.liferay.portal.change.tracking.sql.CTSQLTransformer&quot; is unavailable in 60000 milliseconds while setting field &quot;_ctSQLTransformer&quot; for class &quot;com.liferay.portal.internal.change.tracking.hibernate.CTSQLInterceptor&quot;, will retry...</p> <p>This error keeps on repeating evey min and liferay is not starting.
