<p>Hi,<br />   i inherit an old proect (angular-portlet).<br /> The old developer was running away. So i can't ask her questions..<br /> This project is my first contact with liferay.<br /> Now i had to have ro bring liferay and a portlet to run.<br /> This is my working setup:</p> <p>- docker image &quot;liferay/portal:7.3.7-ga8&quot;<br /> mounted the &quot;/opt/liferay/deploy&quot; folder.</p> <p>Liferay is running. My portlet is compiled to a &quot;.jar&quot; by gradle and if i copy this jar to the &quot;deploy&quot; folder. Deploy seem to work fine.<br /> I created a widget-Page by usung the admin-gui, put nothing than this new widget on this page =&gt; it works fine.</p> <p>Now the issue:</p> <p>I tryed to change some Angular TypeScript/HTML code on one component inside the portlet =&gt; rebuild it =&gt; redeploay =&gt; no errors so far.<br /> I even checkt the folder where liferay put the ar files =&gt; fine, it is the new one..<br /> On reload the widget-Page I opened the network TAB (dev-tools of the browser) and watched the Loaded files (filterd by component-name).<br /> I see the new Code in requests in the network TAB.<br /> =&gt; But the widget does not apply the changes. The changes are not visible.</p> <p>I assume: I miss some kind of cache or version mechanism for portlets..<br /> I would be happy for some hints..<br /> Somehow I use Google wrong for an useful answer..<br /> <br /> bg Peter</p>
