<p>My version is 7.4 and everything is working great at home PC with no
internet access restrictions. But with company VPN I can see it is
trying to get data from www.ecb.europa.eu (restricted by company rule)
and keep trying to fetch it until initialization timeout (10mins).</p>
<p>Tried to disable ECB (disabled by default), but it is keep trying to
