<p>In 7.3 is it possible to override core portal JSPs such as top_head.jsp?: https://github.com/liferay/liferay-portal/blob/7.3.x/portal-web/docroot/html/common/themes/top_head.jsp</p>
<p>If so, using Developer Studio what Host OSGi Bundle do I need to
select to give me the correct Fragment Host? </p>
