    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Recommendation: configure a proper database if you want to access it
  to look at it. HSQL database manager might conflict with Liferay's
  accessing the database file, and HSQL is only for debugging anyway.
  Your problems might be lock-related and go away if you use a proper database.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;That being said, my recommendation in general is to &lt;a
    href="https://liferay.dev/blogs/-/blogs/understanding-liferay-s-database"&gt;not
    look at the database at all&lt;/a&gt;.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

    <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;Thanks for your response. &lt;br /&gt; I installed DXP 7.4 which comes with
  default database HSQL. &lt;br /&gt; When I create an Object in liferay, I
  would like to know which tables they get stored in and which schema?&lt;br /&gt;
  &lt;br /&gt; I can see that record in the lportal txt document, But I am not
  able see public schema tables in hsql database manager. &lt;br /&gt; Are
  there any specific changes we need to do to connect to hsql database manager &lt;br /&gt;
