<p>Do you have access to your database? There might be a system event table that is filled with junk. reducing the size of that table may unstick the site creation process.</p>

<p>I have the same issue in Production in 7.3 but not in QA. Still trying to figure it out because sites were creating just fine weeks ago in our live server. In my case the site creation just spins and doesn't actually create the site. Do those site templates have content pages by any chance and does the same thing happen if you use the &quot;Blank&quot; site template?</p>
