<p>We have a WAR app that deploys just fine in 7.0. However, we get this
error when deploying to 7.1:</p>

<p>After that is a list of a lot of unresolved requirements. I'm not
sure where to start for debugging this. I've tried setting the
<em>Import-Package</em> property to this in the
<em>liferay-plugin-package.properties</em> file, but that didn't help:</p>
