&lt;p&gt;no, it's not, when new user login, it will change back to origional
  page(the blue tree).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;guest or account who change to front page image will keep new image.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the root couse is the language.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;if new account login switch to main language, it will show new image. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but if you use the new account try to edit the front page, in edit
  view, it will show new image, but after publish, it trun back again.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;the solution is, in edit view, switch to each language and modify
  each front page.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

  access it from any other browser (e.g. it will only happen to the
  person who was editing the page, or accessed it right before)&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

&lt;p&gt;i am using liferay ce 7.4 ga5&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;now i have a problem, after i change the image of front page(the blue
  tree), it looks good. &lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;but it just back(the blue tree is back) sometimes, it just like cache
  or something. even i delete tomcat/temp, &lt;/p&gt;
