<p>hi </p> <p>i found that is not &quot;doesn't work&quot;, it works, but take kind of 15 mins. and that is why i cannot got any error message.</p> <p>i do believe it couse by network issue.</p>

<p>Hi Scarletake,</p> <p>Isn't there any message on LDAP side either? Have you cheched that already?</p> <p>If there is no useful message in the portal side log, it may mean that the bind process is running successfully, however it pruduce no users. Have you tried to set the debug log mode to the appropriate LDAP import java classes within the portal and trace what happened?</p> <p>Zsigmond</p>

<p>hi </p> <p>i use liferay 7.4 ga5 with mysql and jdk 8</p> <p>i set up ldat<br /> test LDAP Connection returns successful message, and test LDAP Users returns with a list of users.</p> <p>then i enable ldap with method bind.</p> <p>it doesn't work without any exception message. </p> <p>all same setting, it work on my notebook. maybe it because my server is on azure cloud, but if it network issue, it should not pass the LDAP Connecton test and get success message.</p> <p>can anyone help, thanks in advance.</p>
