<p>just migrating portles from 7.1 / Primefaces 7.x / Java 8 to 7.4 /
Primefaces 8.x / Java 11 without any major problems so far.</p>
<p>Our Maven parent currently uses release.dxp.bom 7.4.13 along with
(still portlet 2.0 and) com.liferay.faces.portal 4.1.0,
com.liferay.faces.bridge.impl 4.2.1, com.liferay.faces.bridge.ext
6.1.0, com.liferay.faces.alloy 4.1.0.</p>
<p>Portlet deployment states "<em>ERROR
[fileinstall-directory-watcher][BridgeExtDependencyVerifier:46]
Liferay Faces Bridge Ext 6.1.0 (Oct 23, 2020 AD) is designed to be
used with Liferay Portal 7.2 or 7.3 but detected 7.4</em>" a.t.m.</p>
<p>Is there a roadmap to get rid of such messages? :-)</p>
