<p>Both Script-Tags load functions from an API he used in his old - non Liferay-Portal.</p>
<p>All works fine when directly navigating to the page with the fragment.</p>
<p>However when using the navigation there seems to be a problem in
combination with SennaJS and the ScriptTags are not loading correctly.</p>
<p>data-senna-off on the Navigation link is not a solution because this
page might have multiple Links that lead to it, that are not existing yet.</p>
