Using liferay 7.1 have anyone experience that loading
files via <b>drag and dro</b>p( via explorer works fine) the files is
no found (<i>\bundles\tomcat-9.0.17\temp\upload_00000172.</i>) and the
mime type is <i>application/octet-stream </i>which is not correct.</p>
