<p>Hi Alessandro. I have good news for you.<br />To apply the configurations to the Web Console just proceed in this way. You should add the following properties to the Liferay configuration file.</p> <p>The properties you see are those indicated by the Web Console documentation. <p>Hi everyone, we're struggling with the following situation.</p> <p>On a Liferay 7.1.3 CE GA4 instance, we're using the <strong>org.apache.felix.webconsole-4.3.8-all.jar</strong>.</p> <p>Everything works fine, but we're not able to change the default credentials for the console access.</p> <p>Following <a href="https://felix.apache.org/documentation/subprojects/apache-felix-web-console.html#configuration">official documentation</a>, we've put the <strong>org.apache.felix.webconsole.internal.servlet.OsgiManager.cfg</strong> inside ${LIFERAY_HOME}}/osgi/configs folder; that file contains the following:</p> <pre><code>username=&quot;test1&quot; password=&quot;test1&quot;</code></pre> <p>We've seen from Liferay logs that the configuration is loaded and from the Felix Console itself (!), we can see it in Status &gt; Configurations but the new credentials does not work anyway: they continue to remain the defaults.</p> <p>Any suggenstions will be really appreciated.</p> <p>Thank you!</p>
