<p>I have seen this happen in 7.3. I feel like it's a CK Editor issue.</p> <p>Again I voice support for moving away from CK Editor.</p>

<p>Hi Vilmos,</p> <p>Thanks for your response. We havent changed the database servers, its the same database server before and after the patching. We also verified the character set at database level is utf8.</p>
