<p>We haven't been able to resolve the issue and are looking into transferring content to a new Liferay 7.2 server if we aren't able to resolve it. I'll keep you updated.</p>

<p>I've run into an issue with an update from 6.2 to 7.2 where the creation and edit of web content is inaccessible to the users except for the portal administrators. This issue has not only affected web content but also wiki content, message board entries, and other areas that leverage the web content ui for content creation. I'm looking for potential areas to troubleshoot in order to resolve this issue. Any help would be appreciated.</p>
