In other words the Knowledge Base docs are not visible when not signed in or when browsing the site as the Guest user.<br /><br />There seems to be a Permissions problem, I have looked into the Knowledge Base folder and the Portlet permissions and they both show that Guest user can view the content. The strange thing is when I add a new article to the folder the portlet renders for Guest user but only the added page is visible.<br /><br />Is there anywhere else where we need to set Permission for the Imported (zip) archive?Paul Allain2020-10-19T19:36:51Z
