Do you assign the role in the admin frontend? Or through the API?

In Liferay 7.0 GA5 and it's regular role. that role assigned to nearly 620 users and total roles we have 65 roles. we are facing issue with only this role. i was verified in different ways(reindex, individual users reindex, database chache clear...). but no solutions. it's appreciate if i will get some idea how to verify.

Hi for above issue i created with new role and updated new role id in place of old role id and when adding new role to user it's very fast. after that i re-indexed all from control panel. after complete of the reindex again i am facing same issue(taking 5 minutes to add role to user) with new role . some one can faced same type of issue Please let me know how to resolve the issue.

Hi All,
Assign role to user it's taking too long time. this issue we are facing for only one role for remain roles we are not facing any issue.
did any one faced same type of issue? if yes Please give some idea how to resolve the issue.
