It turned out this Exception is just coincidence. I got lost in the long stacktrace.<br />The root cause is really new Java version with some stricter rules. Downgrading back to 11.0.5 fixed the issue.<br />I am going to discuss this in another thread.

After restarting the server I am getting java.lang.ClassNotFoundException: com.liferay.portal.servlet.filters.compoundsessionid.CompoundSessionIdFilterWhen rendering my portlets. Restarting doesn&#39;t help. <br />Today I&#39;ve upgraded Java from 11.0.5 to 11.0.6, but I remember I already got this exception before (and can&#39;t recall how I fixed it).<br />I only googled this class should be in portal-impl.jar, but it is not present there. <br />I have no  idea what has broken now.
