It appears there's a disabled Sync client trying to connect to the portal. The Sync Connector is too verbose in logging error messages when an inactive client tries to connect. Then I restarted the tomcat service and cleared the cache. The declaration of the cache is totally fine, the server starts and caches the items as expected.But then we found out that in the portal ui files are not more shown.
