    <summary type="html">I can definitely see that perspective yeah. I wonder if because it&amp;#39;s a menu there&amp;#39;s an opportunity to go beyond and use it as a shortcut. So elevate the options on that add page to the menu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;​​​​​​​Items could be Add a URL, Add content page, Add widget page etc etc.</summary>

    <summary type="html">Hey Lee,&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;It&amp;#39;s intended. Depending on how the Navigation Widget is configured that option will either allow creating a page (if the widget is showing the page hierarchy) or managing a navigation menu item. So we decided to show a menu with the text &amp;#34;Add Page&amp;#34; to make more clear what will happen next. The cost is an extra click, but this is probably not an operation that happens so often, so we concluded that it was worth it for the extra clarity.</summary>

    <summary type="html">Even with private pages existing the navigation portlet topper&amp;#39;s plus menu only has &amp;#34;Add Page&amp;#34; as an option. If intended, the plus button should just directly go to the add page section. If not intended the plus button should act the same as in Build &amp;gt; Navigation in that two options present &amp;#34;Add Public Page&amp;#34;, &amp;#34;Add Private Page&amp;#34;.</summary>
