<p>a) It looks like you can populate a dropdown from a REST API json
array. Is there anyway to include a parameter in the restful api,
like the screenname of the person? for instance, I want to pass
something like myserver.com/rest/somefucntion?id=SCREEN_NAME</p>
<p>Is that possible?</p>

<p>Also, is it possible to re-populate text fields using REST?</p>

<p>b) Is it possible to send a copy of the form to the submitting user?
Can I (for example) have an email field in the form and send a copy of
the form to that email in addition to the normal notifications?</p>

<p>c) If I submit a form with notification setup and it isn't being
sent, where should I start troubleshooting?</p>
