<p>We want to have a single select field in the form to populate the countries.</p>
<p>We want the Country names to be displayed in the drop down, and
country code to be returned as a part of form submit data.</p>
<p>While this looked possible by using data provider and "Displayed
JSON Attribute" and "Stored JSON Attribute" in older
version, we are not able to figure out a way to do this in Liferay 7.1 yet.</p>
<p>Any pointers please?</p>
