<p>Hi Jimmy,</p> <p> </p> <p>To be able to know if the import process is working, increase the trace level for classes related to this, find by import, export and lar in the log level section. You can also take several thread dumps every 5 or 10 seconds to know what the jvm is doing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hope it helps.</p>

<p>How long did you wait?  Sometimes it can take a bit for it to finish or fail w/ some further info.</p>
