The Previously Visited Site rule is based on the "Referer"
 HTTP header
 (https://www.w3.org/Protocols/HTTP/HTRQ_Headers.html#z14) . Only if it
is included in the current request, is the rule enable to identify the
original site. You can try this with any request tool.

We have User segment created with Previously Visited Site rule: we
tried with providing value with option Contains and Start with.

But it is not showing content based on site visited. Other rules with
content and page is working as expecte.

We have to provide values in which format for option contains and
start with, is it just Liferay site name/Liferay site friendly url ?
or any external site with full URL like www.yahoo.com ?
