<p>The best way to upgrade your contents and structures to Liferay 7 is
to perform the database upgrade provided by the product:</p>

<p>For the templates, you will need to adjust service calls and other
elements to the new API after the upgrade.</p>

<p>300 contents is a small number of articles so the upgrade will run
smoothly. If you want to move the contents to another Liferay 7
installation after the upgrade, you can export/import them via LAR files.</p>

<p>I have more than 300 web contents (with structures & templates)
in liferay 6.2. I want to migrate all my content to liferay 7. I know
few of the options like database migration or manual content
migration. But I want to know the best practices for content migrations. </p>
