I am not 100% sure but I think this is because Liferay is going to
deprecate and eventually remove Bookmarks. Kindly check the link
below. Liferay says and I quote

"Note: All apps deprecated by Liferay are no
longer in active development. You should therefore plan to stop using
these apps. Such apps, however, may still be available for download."

Hi all!

Migrating my module from Liferay 7.0 to 7.1.0 I have unresolved
 requirement on package “ com.liferay.bookmarks.model”

On Liferay 7.0 this package exported by “Liferay Bookmarks API”
module which is not available on Liferay 7.1 (there is “Liferay Social
Bookmarks API” on 7.1 which seems another thing and not export “com.liferay.bookmarks.model”).

I used the link above to init bundle:

https://cdn.lfrs.sl/releases.liferay.com/portal/7.1.0-ga1/liferay-ce-portal-tomcat-7.1.0-ga1-20180703012531655.zip

“Liferay Bookmarks API” is still available with the sources of
Liferay 7.1.0-ga1 and there is no information about this change in the
 list of breaking changes.

How can I manage this issue? Thanks!
