Is there anything in the logs telling what may be going wrong or anything fancy that you're doing with the template?

I am going through the online tutorials with the local version of Liferay and when I try to add a new piece of web content using the structure I just created in the tutorial, I get a green message that say completed on top of a pink message that says Portlet is temporarily unavailable.<br /><br />And the content isn&#39;t saved.<br /><br />Any ideas? I don&#39;t even know what portlet it&#39;s talking about since I&#39;m just adding content.
