    <summary type="html">Not really, it&amp;#39;s just that the purpose of that file is to keep track of the versions of the libraries that are currently being used, because it would have been difficult to know otherwise. We had never thought of adding the licenses as something so useful.</summary>

Unfortunately the versions.txt lists all the Liferay dependencies but does not include   any reference to the licence they use. The wiki page provides that information as well.
