Hello community,

I'm encountering an issue in liferay-js, and I'm hoping someone can help me troubleshoot. When I try to create a basic template using the command

yo liferay-js

, I'm getting the following error:

Error liferay-js: instantiatedGenerator.run is not a function

 

i am using the latest node and the latest tomcat zip from liferay

For proper reproduction - and to be useful in a week, month or next year, it would help if you give more details about your setup. Please include actual​​​​​​​ versions (rather than "latest")

we are using Node 16.13.2 and the latest  LIferay PORTAL 7.4 GA103  and jdk 8

I'm having the same issue when running yo liferay-js with Node version 20.5.0 and Liferay Portal 7.4 GA103.

"Error liferay-js 

instantiatedGenerator.run is not a function"

Now I have the same the error "instantiatedGenerator.run is not a function" Occurs when Installing the JS Generator and Generating a Bundle

 

-liferay-ce-portal-7.4.3.14-ga14

- nodejs v20.11.0

- npm 10.4.0
